MAMA2BEAR: It means making CS using high voltage alternating current. If I were you I would continue perfecting the method you are currently using, unless you are unhappy with your results. Even then, I think you should follow Ivan's LVDC approach since playing around with high voltage is dangerous if you have no experience with it.
