Had to mention this - off-topic but important adjuvant information....

BTW Neethi you mentioned your heart bypass so you already know about
cholesterol and saturated fats. You may have already changed your
diet/lifestyle, but I have to stress how important it is to excercise. Use any
oils in moderation. Avoid all products containing Canola or hydrogenated oils.
Avoid sugar and overprocessed foods and do not use table salt at all. Use sea
salt, it's cheap too. Eat RAW veggies when you can (juicing helps), and use the
links below to get a hold of the book Life Extension by Durk Pearson and Sandy
Shaw.

Most diseases are symptoms based on a series of BAD LIFESTYLE DECISIONS and can
be completely avoided and often arrested.

This is the nutritional bible AND the definitive anti-aging guide! The newer
book is updated a bit, but the first one has a bit more depth. Highly
recommended for anyone who is interested in clinical nutrition and
orthomollecular biology. It's not a heavy read, and it leaves out nothing.
Though a few things, experimental at the time, have been firmed up since the
publication was released, anything that was deduction is identified as such
and better than 98% is absolutely accurate.

It's a problem-solving approach not only to nutrition, but to diseases and
conditions that are preventable or controlled by optimal nutrition or
megadosing in a cause-effect relationship. Everything is explained down to
the cellular level. Includes sections to help you tailor your own
nutritional program.

Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw started The Life Extension Foundation
www.lef.org and still run a website at www.lifeservices.com
