Dear contributors,
Some personal/family observations regarding cs usage;
1/ reversed chest infection over 2 days (2 nebulizer applications)
2/ combined with msm,aloe vera & few drops favourite essential oil makes
exceptionally refreshing after shave.*(see recipe)
3/ removed sugar "fix" cravings.
4/ combined with few drops calendula oil makes excellently effective
solution for
nappy/diaper change cloths;same works for chafed bottom*(see recipe)
5/ stings initially on application,but relieves itching eyes
6/ cleared ear infection
7/ cleared sinusitis/sinus infection
8/ substituted for antibiotic;cleared urinary tract infection symptoms over
2 days
9/ has kept from throat infections throughout peak period
10/ most likely cause of regularly loose bowel motions as taken daily by the
mouthful;approximately 70ml.
Have since recalled Mike's experience,adding an A,B,C yoghurt to
diet,instantly
correcting bowel consistency....hence now take cs last thing at
night,yoghurt
first thing in the morning.
Recipes;
1/ With thanks to a previous poster....Nappy/Diaper change cloths/hand
wipes:-
Buy a 2 litre plastic jug...cylindrical shape,and a roll/s of paper hand
towels.Remove the
cardboard centre cylinder.Place 750 ml of home made cs into the jug with 10
drops calendula essential oil.Swish around.Pull up the central end of the
paper towel roll,and insert the roll into the jug.The solution will be
absorbed into the whole roll in a few hours.
When using,take towels from the centre of the roll.Le'Voila!....Saves
massive expenditure on nappy/diaper wipes,can also be used for any other
external application eg hand wipes/face wipes etc...eliminates nappy/diaper
rash etc...
2/ After shave...Mix in an empty vitamin bottle cs with 2 teaspoons msm
crystals..shake to dissolve msm;don't worry if some crystals remain;this
will ensure solution is saturated msm/cs..Add 3-5 drops of your favourite
essential oil,(I like cedarwood and clary sage but use your favourite/s).To
use,place a small quantity of aloe vera gel(;toothpaste size) into your
palm.Pour a little cs mix in there too.Rub hands together with glee!,and
apply to freshly shaven skin...Tres' Bon!
