It can be all of the above. My own sinus problems were greatly helped with
saline nasal sprays mixed with CS. (I use Celtic Salt, available from
1-800-TOPSALT). Also, I got a really good aromatherapy diffuser and sprayed
Tea Tree and Lavender Oils in my moldy house, which helped enormously.

Allopathic researchers has just discovered that most sinus infections are
fungally based.
