Hi Dave. If you buy or build it must have continual mechanical stirring not with air from a pump as that does not reduce the agglomeration that sets up within the space between the elecrodes. That DW has to move!!
As for vaproizing CS there are two methods that work well. One is get an ultrasonic unit from say Walgreen for $29.00 and load it with a gallon of CS and let it run in your closed-up bebroom at night. The other is check that archives on how to convert an artist's air brush. It make amazing small particles, better than what the meds use.
