The original head (CEO) of the Partnership for a Drug Free America was a former CEO of a major pharmaceutical company. Over half the funding for the Partnership comes from Alcohol, tobacco and pharmaceutical corporate interests. Have you ever wondered why the Partnership concentrates so many of their TV ads against marijuana, the least dangerous of all drugs, while totally ignoring alcohol and tobacco and the really dangerous illegal drugs like meth and cocaine?
