Hi Joanne, It's fairly simple to keep your email controlled.
DON'T USE INTERNET EXPLORER (or Outlook) OR NETSCAPE FOR EMAIL!!! Use, instead, Pegasus, Agent, Eudora or one of the other email (and newsgroup) programs. They're safer and 10+ times easier to use.
