Hi marshall, I just called the maker of my Magnetek NST and they do not have a VI curve for it.
Guess I will have to generate my own. I just ran a test using some CS where in I varied the arc gap from 3/16" to 10/16" by 1/16" increments and the current didn't hardly change form 28 ma . At 11/16" no arc would form. I will repeat this and measure the voltage so as to get the most energy in the arc for a given size of wet electrode. I have a strong suspicion that will be the controlling variable. Any comments?? "Ole Bob" -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
