Since I make my own CS (as do most people on this list), I use it a
lot in the cats (and dogs) water. If I notice a scrap or something on
the animals, I spray CS on the scrap a few times.

Also, raccoons, skunks and possum eat that cat's food (3 outdoor
locations) and drink their water -- so they get healthy.

Stray cats have showed up who were very, very sick. All are now in
great health (I'd say perfect health, but I don't know how to evaluate
that).

Also, one raccoon showed up that appeared to have distemper, and is
now completely well. None of the other animals picked up the
raccoon's illness, and the raccoon recovered after about 10 days.

BTW, when I notice a sick animal (such as the stray cats or raccoon),
I greatly increase the amount of CS in their water for a few days.

Normally, I put about 8 ounces of 10 ppm CS into 2 gallons of water.
I up that to 32 ounces of 10 ppm CS for sick animals.
