I'm a diabetic and diabetics are famous for itching all the time for no 
apparent reason. Itching can be caused by circulation deficiencies (diabetes), 
dry skin (this IS winter in NA), maybe the CS kills the bacteria faster than it 
kills fungus allowing a slight further overgrowth of yeast sufficient to cause 
a rash before the yeast is also 
killed...............................................?
I'm sorry, I have to go take my medication, now.
