Hi all; Thanks for the post from IAHF. I'm glad that many people are on the 'official' front, fighting for our rights. But the fog of war takes many forms. One way to get around the FDA, Health Canada, and similar annoyances is the manufacturers specialize in manufacture, the information sites specialize in information, and (somehow...hehe) the world maintains access to means that result in 'spontaneous remissions'. Good thing we have this discussion group. All these althealth groups are serving a valuable purpose. Especially now. Very timely. But even so, we need to consolidate our efforts somewhat or we will inevitably be put down one by one. Again I'm saying it's time to close ranks. The website I'm working on is almost half-finished...It features safety, nutrition, medicinal herbs, oils, sound, light, other resonances, homeopathy and a few other facets of althealth, and focuses primarily on suppressed technologies and forbidden cures. The site ought to appeal to a very wide audience - everyone who is interested in their health, and especially everyone who agrees that "we don't need your steenking sponges" and goes with the most effective and safest treatment based on informed individual decision, regardless of the origin of the method. I will mount what's functional on January 1 2001. The site is designed to be rather large. To be manageable and secure it uses server-side technologies including PHP and the extensive use of MySQL databases to generate dynamic pages on the fly. The site will have the ability to display information from anywhere on the web without using frames. So, our the testimonial and description information will be made, by FDA order, unavailable through conventional means. But I will present the data on the information site such as I am legally able under freedom of speech laws. This will allow everyone to legally continue to participate in the quality of the presentation and our movement. Users are invited to enter comments on products and services, and to customize their browser views using themes and adding channels like stock prices or newsfeeds in the vein of My Yahoo. Site sponsors are invited to collaborate by submitting articles and banners, which will be served and automatically tracked. The site will be well-registered and will use all the tricks to maintain high visibility. Language support is planned. The site is not intended to make a whack of money but it had better at least break even. I can't afford any out-of-pocket expenses but I can start it off and invest a few months of my time. The site is for everyone. Sponsorship banners, text links, and yellow pages listings hopefully will keep the site alive, and any donations will be gratefully accepted. With everyone's help the site could be the world's best Forbidden Cures starting point and a focal point for our whole grassroots movement. Please forward this email. The site, not mounted yet on November 13, will be found on January 1 2001 on www.HealthShield.Net . You can support the HealthShield Network at this early stage by committing to on-topic sponsorship as outlined above. I have 15 or so names now and I'd like 100. Your replies will be confidential.
