Vince; When I tried the two wet electrodes I could not get more than about 9 ppm and the CS sometimes would turn yellow which shows agglomeration of particle growth. The samples that I keep had a lot of silver drop out.
None of these problems appear with the CO2 ARC. The present process will make 5 to 6 ppm per hour. so if I run four hours then I will have between 20 to 24 ppm and it will stay clear. The arc does indeed make very small particles consistently. I could not do that with either constant voltage or constant current. Does that answer your questions?
