Hi Ivan; Did you misread the work and its implication?? That would be the best HEALER to hope for. The healer's healthy hand or other part, or cultured tissue, is the part that will influence the subject to the depth the magnetic field penetrates. For lack of better tissue samples the healthy HEALER can strap the magnet to the back of his own hand and transcribe cellular properties to the subject, the carrier being the magnetic field going through his hand and into the subject. As Alex says, that is the simplest way to accomplish what he's been doing using CULTURED tissue as the healthy sample. And when I replied to him that it's a close match for 'hands-on' healing, he replied in the affirmative, saying that is does appear to be similar. There is more information in his ebook. He has 3 patents and is well-respected in Russian medical journals.
