Follow Dr Clarks kidney cleanses. I have for the last three years. Get a strainer and see for yourself what you get rid of. I have uric acid stones which also cause gout. I was in the Hospital twice for kidney stones before doing the cleanses. In both cases the stones were at a point where the ultrasonic treatment could not be used. Lately I take 1/8 t of folic acid per day to try to lower my uric acid level. In two months I will get another blood test in Yuma and see if folic acid helped. I make so many stones that my total urine output per day dropped to 2 ounces. After doing the cleanses I now maintain 32 ounces per day. Brickey
