Ole Bob: yes, last year I went down for a Saturday.. and wrapped her leg in gauze and a whole "bucket" of CS. Left them with instructions, 3 9V battery setup, silver wire everything.... called back in a couple of days (in ATlanta - 50 miles is a long ways - our traffic here is HORRIBLE - OT - 18 miles can take you 1-1/2 hours to get home here).... after oh - less than a week? they conveniently couldn't find the batteries and wire - my guess is it went in the trashcan... I mailed them this time the entire silverlon website - printed it out in color. The bandages she needs are only about $160 - my parents have plenty of money - I don't - so if her leg isn't worth that much to her or them? I've done all I can do.
