John: IMHO, if you sell anything on the web - yes the Feds have a right to police it... I don't agree but the NSA (national security agency)... sets up the rules for use of the internet and therefore, by default it becomes a federal issue..... Plus, continuing to play devil's advocate here.... how do you refuse a sale from someone outside your state that stumbles across your website? What do you tell them?
