To Chris Just in case you haven't read the below info about lupus, I thought I would send it to you. I hope it might be of some help.
A number of animal studies have shown that fish oil added to the diet may slow the progression of kidney disease associated with lupus. The theory holds that the fish oils contain a type of fatty acid that may alter the production of prostaglandins, important hormones that may help the inflammatory process in rheumatic diseases like arthritis and lupus. Dr Jonathan Wright recommends flax oil as a source of omega-3 along with the GLA, adding that Vitamin E is an important addition, as well as Vitamin B6 because most lupus medications inhibit the enzymes that depend on B6. For his lupus patients, Dr Wright makes sure he does allergy testing, because he has found that many lupus patients are allergic to gluten. NEW RESEARCH POINTS TO DHEA The researchers concluded (this is only a small portion of the info) that DHEA "holds promise as a new therapeutic agent for the treatment of mild to moderate systemic lupus erythematosus." If you want more info just ask, but I 'm not typing all this out if you already know it! Regards Tracy. -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
