Chris S., First of all, even though Lupus is considered incurable, it isn't necessarily an automatic death sentence.
You didn't mention whether the lupus was external, internal or both. In any event, because of the weaker immune system, 1 or 2 ozs of CS daily would assist the immune system in fighting off pathogens of all kinds. Additionally, there are indications that some other things might help a whole bunch and may be the solution that you are seeking. No diet soft drinks - no Nutra-sweet products - nothing with Aspartame on the label - nothing with phenylalinine in it. No Alcohol - beer, wine, booze! No Milk or dairy products - especially butter, cheese, ice cream, powdered milk, powdered creamers, sour cream etc. 1 gram (1000mg) capsules of MSM (methylsulphonylmethane) 4 times a day. 1000 mg Vitamin C (with rose hips formulation) daily 250 mg capsule of Alpha Lipoic Acid 2 times a day 1 softgel capsule of Gamma E Tocopherol 340mg or other equivalent natural mixed tocopherols.(Vitamin E) A good combination vitamin/mineral supplement - daily Improvement could be noticable within the first 30 days and there is a possiblility of total reversal with strict adherance.
