Dawn, I'm a diabetic currently recovering from a bout of cellulitis. I was given 3 separate courses of Keflex (I think that's the same as Cephalexin) plus a piggyback of another antibiotic for a week. I wish I had good news. The cellulitis (or something similar) hangs on to this day, and the cellulitis began at the end of August. The abx cleared it up-almost-but it doesn't go completely away. I have been taking CS internally in the amount of 4oz to 8oz a day of 10-20ppm homemade for about a year. It seems to have no affect on this condition internally or externally, nor does Vit E oil or Emu oil. I've decided to continue my regimen of supplements and CS daily and forget about it unless it bothers me a lot. OLE has no noticeable effect either. Good luck, Hugh
