Found this info on the web. Closest to Star Trek yet. Self-Controlling-Energy-Neuro-Adapting-Regulator or "SCENAR". I doubt seriously the AMA or FDA or Pharmaceuticals would allow this in the US. The developers are in Russia and I am including a link to an online translator.
