I have a box on fastserve. It is one of the fastest services around. They have multiple T-3 lines coming in from multiple connections to the net. The box is owned by me. I do ask that you keep the drive space used to under 5 gig. The server and others on the same network are used for banner advertising, and some of the machines throw 5 million banners a day. I can provide you with cgi-bin directory, perl, and even mod_perl for cgis. They are very fast boxes. Check out the speed, http:silver-lightning.com is on the same box.
