Sounds like a yeast infection. CS will take care of it, but a vaginal cream might work better (because it stays on). IMO, too much soap is being used when washing underwear, and doesn't get thoroughly rinsed out. Only about 1 tablespoon of laundry detergent is needed when washing clothes -- even greasy, mechanics clothing.
