I don't believe this should be done.  As concentration increases the
particle size increases, but the number of particles essentially stays the
same once you get above a certain point.  If you do this, then dilute it,
you will end up with fewer bigger particles than you would if you stopped at
the concentration you want.  The result is fewer less effective particles.
