I provided some info on EEG Biofeedback to the list the other day.  You might 
want to look into that.  They've had great success in dealing with both 
problems - and without drugs.  If you decide you want to try it, or look into 
it closer, I may be able to help you find a good practitioner.  Or an 
affordable home unit.
