I have been reading the very interesting article about Hydrogen Peroxide, but still confused to the dosage taken internally. It has been suggested 1 ounce of .5% (1/200) in water... .just how much water is what I'm confused about. Does the 1 oz. include the water or what exactly does it mean ? Could someone please help me, so that I'm not going to poison myself????? And also have any of you actually tried taking it internally or bathed with it? What were your findings?
