Hello, I will soon be ordering a generator and believe I will order the SG6 from Silvergen. Would those of you having used or now using this generator be so kind to give me your "Consumer's Digest" rating? Also I have a few questions. 1) When producing your CS can you use a clear plastic gallon receptacle, providing the unit can be placed on one? Is it better to use glass to produce and to store? What types of storage bottles do you use? 2)If I wanted to make 10-12 ppm in a one gallon quantity at one set up would it take me about 8 hours, or more? 3) Does it matter where the production unit is placed while generating? Would it be harmful on the top of a washer or dryer unit? 4) What amount of "starter CS" do you use for a one gallon quantity? What if you don't have any CS on hand, do you need to do anything differently? 5) Does the term bioavailability only relate to the size of the silver ions and if your system can accept them? Anything else? 6) Is there much need for service on these units? How would you rate the service? The "technical support"?
