Fillings are already silver and mercury.  The mercury is highly toxic if it
gets out of the filling.  Any additional silver would tend to stabilize the
mercury, if anything.  Silver is not toxic when mixed with minerals.  If it is
mixed with a poison, then you may still have a poison, but that has nothing to
do with silver.  Silver compounds are another matter however.
