I was referring to the statements made about silver salts and silver nitrates causing Agryia (sp) I'm not very science minded that's why I thought it was possibly an ignorant question. But, someone posted a statement to me at www.racoon.com saying "And the fact that silver does form salts is testimony that it likes to form complexes due to its electronic valence." I had no clue what he meant by that.
