Does 'better safe than sorry' have a place here? Does the publication
affect the validity of the data? Is smugness a sign of truth?

Dr Baratz seems to ignore a lot of conflicting data published on the
right side of the paper.

Regarding penny stocks...much more likely that a 0.5c stock will double
its value than a $100 stock, the profit is just the same though.
