Thanks Bill. Anyone have any thoughts about what promotes the generation of ozone from an electric arc and what might suppress ozone production. I simply do not smell any ozone when I'm using HVAC to make my CS. Is there a simple way to determine if, in fact, ozone is present in my brew?
