It's probably Quik Silver  (no "c")  A company named "Benchmark
U.S.A., Inc." in Salt Lake City seems to be the manufacturer or
distributor and produces the Quik Silver 47 generator.

I have their Quik Silver 47 Ointment Kit -- used to make a gel out of
CS.  But ... I bought the kit from Elixa (http://www.elixa.com)
