There is no absolutely fool proof way to be certain. We have looked at the 
solution after centrifugation with the PCS and it finds no particles. 

We know that the 30,000 G-forces will get particles down to about 12 nm. At 
100,000 G-forces we can find no particles at 2 nm. We therefore deduce that 
350,000 G's has a high probability of getting it all.
