Hello, I've been "lurking" on this list for a month or so now, and what I'd
like to know is what a good dosage of C.S. is for daily use. I don't make my
own yet, so I have to buy it at my healthfood store, and I'm a little confused
by the differences in brands. "Innovative" makes several dosages, including a
mega-dose sludge, but the one I currently have from them is a 500 parts per
million version. It is dark brown, and comes in a very small bottle, which I am
only going to use if I feel something "coming on". I also have a 10 ppm by
"source naturals" which I"m using on a daily basis which is an almost
undetectable light brown. Any recommendations on commercial brands, dosages,
and/or a good colloidal silver maker? I've read references to several
different kinds of makers on this list, and I'm in the dark a bit here.
