This is why we are *sooo* dangerous. For a hundred thirty five bucks you've got a tool that you can use for a long time. If you're making your own CS or buying it from one of the reasonably priced vendors, then you've already come out far ahead of what you (or your insurance company) would have had to pay out for a doctor's visit and abx. <irony> Shhhh!
