Interesting subject. Sounds to good to be true, and at over $300 per bottle, it's very expensive. But that's inconsequential when you are fighting for your life.
I spoke to Tim Matson, AMARC - (Advanced Medicine and Research Center), that sell the stuff. Sounds like a nice guy, as well he should. I also did a lot of surfing about this stuff, and a lot of website's links were dead and gone. Why? Is this stuff just another snake oil? I don't know, but I did read that an isotope of paladium (main ingrediant of poly-MVA) is now being used over the iodine isotope because it's more effective and less toxic.
