Joanne- just go to Trend Micro Systems http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp and run a check on your computer- it'll identify the virus and the specific files infected so you know what you're doing. Write down all the infected files it lists, then go to McAfee for instructions on how to remove it. Trend also lists instructions, but theirs didn't work for me, but they might for you.
