Judith, delete the temporary Internet folder, then replace it with a new 
folder, same name.  That will empty the contents.  You can also click on the 
folder, right click, and then check properties.  You will see that there are 
many invisible files.  
To get rid of them, go to start, find files, and do a search of the temp 
Internet folder, starting with "A", and go through "Z".  You can delete them 
as you find them, they are cookies and junk that your computer does not need. 
 That worked for me.  suzy
