I had mono 2 years ago, actually I had it 2 years in a row around February. I went to my MD and got the usual, "Nothing we can do about it, it's a virus, you know." routine.
After laying around the house for about 4 weeks (the 2nd time I had it ... and yes you can get mono as often as you'd like!) I started feeling a little better. Then about 3 months later I started back sliding so I started going to the MD, got irritated, went to a different MD, and then another ..... I even had one tell me I should start doing aerobics ..... jeeezzzz Finally, I bought some CS and started drinking about 3 to 4oz per day. Within 10 days I was feeling like my old self again and have not had a return of any of those symptoms. I felt pretty miserable for nearly 2 years so I am not one to believe that it was a coincidence that the mono went away within 10 days of starting taking CS. There is also a HUGE disclaimer that employer puts on the bottom of all outgoing emails and for that I am sorry to take up bandwidth, server space, and your personal hard disk space. > -----Original Message----- > From: Chip Hoyle [SMTP:[email protected]] > Sent: Wednesday, May 09, 2001 8:31 AM > To: Silver List > Subject: CS>Does CS help for Mononucleosis > > Hi Everyone, > > One of my co-workers has contracted Mono.
