 Hi Roger,

I might make a comment about Gatorade or other electrolyte.

I started drinking two, 16 oz glasses of Gatorade solution (12 oz
Gatorade, 4 oz CS), daily, a week ago. Three days ago I noticed my
ankles swelling slightly, which I figured was from the Gatorade. I
stopped the Gatorade yesterday after the morning glass, and now my
 ankles are back to normal.

It seems that, for some people, too much electrolyte solution could
 cause water retention.

Dean: Thanks for the heads up. I'll send out your remarks to the
participants. Roger
