Hello list, My wife's sister's finished basement was flooded a few years back and was not used any more. She now wants to use it again but thinks the carpet and walls are infested with mold. Any ideas how to eliminate the mold? Even if the sheetrock and carpets were replaced, would the mold still likely be in the walls? Would a spray of CS work? Anyone know how to test for the presence of mold it it is not readily visible?
