Two years ago, I contacted Weil's Arizona office about my Phoenix uncle's medical problem. Was told it would be four months before an opening would occur, and made an appointment. Called three months later only to be told he was no longer taking new patients. Asked why weren't we told, as we were "depending" on it. Was told abruptly shouldn't "depend" on anyone. Obviously! Seems appearances on Oprah are much more important.
