This institute must be subsidized somehow to make the research and I wonder if they would not be able to provide us with some answers that we are all looking for instead of doing our own research... The CS experts may have some questions for them. In one of the articles, it is estimated that the price of silver will almost triple by the year 2002... because of the demand.
