It's a vital nutrient that's missing from most people's diet. Around the world, the people who live the longest live in the mountainous areas where the water they drink contains silver (and other minerals). They live, fully active, into their hundreds. Yes, CS can be used as if it were a medicine, just as vitamin E is used in skin creams. But it's best use, IMO, is as an ongoing nutritional supplement.
