Ole Bob, .... I am a newbie on the list and really enjoy being here. Several years ago I experimentally produced ~ 1 liter of dark magenta color CG by submerged arcing fine gold wire, 140V half wave DC. Great laser track and indestructable with lab UV or direct sunlight for several days. Over ~ 4 yrs several of my 50ml clear plastic sample bottles of this CG developed bacterial colonies. In the future I will preserve the product with a dab of CS.
