Bob, My mistake; It's 30v 400ma. I have used two silver ribbons, extending 6", and wrapped around 2 maple leaf coins.
I have also used a Beck silver pulser with silver wire only. Yes, I am using a hanna ppm tester. It is showing approx. 1.5 ppm distilled water to start with.
