Hi there I haven't had much success with treating my candida with CS. I found as most of the candida lives in the intestinal tract of long term or severe sufferers, CS won't reach there, and gets absorbed in the digestive process. In fact, to date, I have tried mostly everything and nothing but plain hard work with antifungals and diet is the only thing that alleviates the symptoms. The other person who answered is right in that diet is very important, and sugar is a big no-no. Colonics are also helpful, and acidophillis is essential to replace healthy bacteria.
I too belong to a candida list, so if you would like any further help, just ask. I have had candida in the severe form for over 10 years.
