Wow, you can get yourself in trouble just asking for that book if you're not careful. I may know of a friend that has a friend that has a copy of a copy. Getting an original is downright impossible. I was at a gunshow one time and watched as the fedz came in and took every copy that a guy I knew was selling. The truth is out there, it's just getting harder and harder to find.
