It's a simple hand pumped pressure devise for irrigation 'in' the pockets between tooth and gum, using a small probe, allowing access to the bacterium causing the problem. Aside from the success I've had with the problem of gum infections.... Six months, or so, ago I had a fungal [or a low grade infection of sorts] Going on under one thumb cuticle, and later a dark discoloration at the nail root appeared.I did a half a..ed treatment with h2o2 which helped a bit but didn't clear it up completely. Bottom Line.. Delivery is what worked , When I got serious and made up a solution of the old swimmers dry ear formular, pumped it under my nail for a few days,that was the end of the little buggers.
