Well said Ken..... I would like to see the FDA ,at most, do their own testing for safety on products being used by the public that show empirical evidence or claims of efficacy. I would also like to see products tested for content ie. is 500 mg of C just that. etc. Then when I try a product that the FDA says 'appears to be safe' [nothing is for sure] I'll take the responsibility and deal with the Mfg. if it didn't work for me,and was guaranteed to. If I can't get the promised refund,then I would like to see the FTC give me a hand dealing with it or change the law and allow me to shove it up the rip off dude's bumm with out fear of prosecution. I guess all of this is just wishful thinking.
