Hanan Hi there... my sons herpes around his mouth are kept under control by Cs, EXCEPT when he eats oranges and it seems to override the CS... certain things are such strong aggravators to herpes, that CS cannot fight it. having said that, my son has been having mandarins lately and he is fine... I took to giving him the mandarin THEN the CS about half an hour later...This works...try taking your hormonal tabs, then CS half an hour later?
You are right about hormones - I took progesterone for a couple of months, by candida went MAD... stopped the Pro... and it has taken ages to get it back to how it was.... bother!
